How to invest

Two ways to invest with KIMI

Wholesale, sophisticated and professional investors can apply directly through the Fund's trustee, or invest via their platform of choice. Read the current Information Memorandum before applying — it prevails over this page.

Option 1

Apply directly — MSC Trustees online application

The KeyInvest Senior Debt Income Fund's online application is operated by the Trustee, Melbourne Securities Corporation Ltd (AFSL 428289), with administration by MSC Abacus. You'll need to have received the IM and completed your recorded investor-classification declaration first.

Applications require a minimum of A$500,000 (Trustee discretion applies) and wholesale-client verification, per the IM dated 14 May 2026.

Option 2

Invest via your platform

KIMI funds are being made available on leading Australian investment platforms. Speak with your adviser or platform representative — fund menu codes will be published here as each listing completes.

Platform availability, fees and minimums are set by each platform. Links open the platform's own website; KIMI is not responsible for platform content.
