Privacy policy

KeyInvest Managed Investments Pty Ltd ("KIMI", "we") collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect. When you contact us or request documents we collect your name, email address, Australian mobile number, indicated investor classification, your selected interests, and — where you request wholesale-only documents — your investor-classification declaration including the wording displayed, date/time, IP address and wording version. With your consent, we also collect website usage information (pages and funds viewed, documents requested) linked to an anonymous visitor identifier.

Why we collect it. To respond to your enquiry, provide requested documents lawfully, meet our obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and our licence conditions, maintain compliance records for at least 7 years, and — with consent — send you fund updates and show you relevant information on this site.

Storage and residency. Personal information is hosted in Australian data-centre regions. [Detail hosting providers and any offshore support access — to be completed.]

Access, correction and complaints. You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by contacting [privacy contact — to be completed]. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Marketing. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and every message contains a functional unsubscribe, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
